excellent location lovely garden friendly staff helpful staff
i found this palazzo to be very beautiful. the location was excellent and it was easy to walk to many attractions. i especially appreciated the lovely garden courtyard, a relaxing spot away from the busy city center. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the photos online showed rooms with more charm than the one i received.

excellent stay , great garden
great facility beautiful garden nice area
i found the hotel to be in a very nice area. i enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the scenery in the garden. the room's facilities were great and matched the online description perfectly.

convenient location room safe helpful staff noisy room heavy door thin walls
The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to the main attractions. The room included a safe (which I found useful). The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
My room faced the front street. An old heavy door there made it loud. I could hear the people staying upstairs (it sounded like dancing). I used earplugs to sleep.
